1/4 JFK-SEA - Delta One
Beef Short Rib

Chicken Parmesan Meatloaf
These meals were both pretty good. The focaccia was a little overcooked, but the meatloaf had a solid crowd pleasing marinara flavor and the short rib was fairly tender. I wouldn't say either was a stand out memorable star - the short rib was pretty bland and the potatoes were blander despite looking great - but both were entirely reasonable cuisine I wouldn't complain about on an international flight. The salad was a goat cheese salad that I really enjoyed, and the cheesecake dessert was much better than the cream/pudding affair we were served on the outbound flight from SEA.
These were not our preordered choices because - shocker - our original BOS-SEA flight was cancelled. So no data on the actual menu description of these.
On the plus side, getting rebooked via JFK meant we were no longer in faux Delta One, so bedding was catered. It was the new Co-Z-Z-Z bedding, though, which I found far too thin and insubstantial; it would be much more at home in premium economy than business class, and I think it's a huge downgrade from the old Westin bedding. I hope they reconsider that offering moving forward. But I suppose it's better than the zero bedding we were provided for the outbound redeye!
