I'm sure many were frustrated with limited domestic PP availability, but many others were pleased UA extended PPs, giving them a chance to use them once flying resumed. I'm curious to see how favorable/unfavorable results play out. Proposed questions:

Yes, I'm satisfied and used 100% of my PlusPoints.
Yes, I'm satisfied and used at least 75% but less than 100% of my PlusPoints.

Yes, I'm satisfied and used less than 25% of my PlusPoints.
No, I'm not satisfied and used 100% of my PlusPoints.
No, I'm not satisfied and used at least 75% but less than 100% of my PlusPoints.

N/A, as I didn’t fly enough in 2021 to use the PlusPoints Program.
