FT has long discussed the value of UA’s upgrade eco-system. If one reads the ‘GPUs are Useless’ thread, they’d think the upgrade program was a train-wreck. Mods, can we launch the 2022 version of this poll? As a refresher, the Jan 2020 poll results (measuring 2019) were 58% satisfied, 42% not satisfied. Curious to see the Jan '22 results (measuring 2021).
I'm sure many were frustrated with limited domestic PP availability, but many others were pleased UA extended PPs, giving them a chance to use them once flying resumed. I'm curious to see how favorable/unfavorable results play out. Proposed questions:
