Someone currently experiencing this for a flight far enough in the future (and with ample R space) should write to Derek about it.
My issues have all been when I book (or get rebooked onto) a flight leaving in 3 hours, so there's never been time to have an active case investigated.
I'm not super keen on putting a hold on my CC for it, and I've never encountered it with my Y FP.
But if you already have a booking...
