This slight variation might be due to the fact that Chase does not issue statements which would result in a Due Date of the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month? The statement dates have a fixed relationship to the due date, but it is different for personal and business cards. I have all of our Chase accounts set to close the the 3rd. This means the Business cards are all due of the 25th, and the personal cards on the 28th.
