As a Hilton Honors member, you don't need to do anything at all as long as the room you booked can accommodate 2 people, i.e. you didn't book a single room.

You would only need to add their name if you wanted them to check in instead of you, and only in a country where hotels ask for ID or where you might typically expect check-in staff to think that your name does not match your partner's appearance.
