I do not see any mention of Priority Pass on the linked HDFC page. However, it is interesting to note that HDFC is not accepting Diners Club applications, same as Harris Bank.

It could be that Diners Club International is trying to put pressure on these disengaged franchisees by offering a benefit that their cardholders can see, but not use.
