Im sure US properties are taking note, Marriott’s response so far has been that a hotel can market a room however they want and it’s fine. Even if the photos don’t match they have a disclaimer - so taking this to the extreme they could market the lowest category type room as a presidential suite as long as they leave the the description and room size minimal or blanks. Just show a photo of the bed and if that matches good enough.
