Did you sign anything indicating that you got an executive king and not a suite? Get a copy of that, provide that and your receipt showing you've booked a suite to your credit card company, dispute the charge, and let them handle it. The fact that the Marriott Lurker hasn't commented on this thead yet (but has commented on other threads made after yours) suggests that they're not going to help you.
