they have the same owners as the JW Marriott in Bogota, Real Hotels. If Luis Bombiela is still their GM his email address is probably
[email protected]. I would start with emailing him directly and ask how he can make it right (maybe have in mind what you want).
I’m also looking at their room types and it looks like the “executive suite” is more of a larger normal room and the “junior suite” is a traditional suite. It’s similar at the JW in bogota. Their junior suites are definitely regular suites and even have a half bath. Very odd that they do this and I would be equally upset that they’re calling a slightly larger room a “suite”.
