Good choice, the W Bogota was such a hot mess. Was hoping the Marriott Medellin would be better but so far its much much worse. You can only get so far with their logic that they are out of suites, so I dont get a suite even though I booked a suite. They alternate between saying the king room they gave us is a suite and that its not a suite because their system says I didn't book one. Best thing is that Im now told this room is the only one of its kind in the hotel and its a suite without suite features because its right next to the lounge, but also its not really a suite still haha. Also they cannot refund me since rooms are similar pricing (of course for last minute bookings) which isnt purely true - $50-70 a night difference right now.
