Marriott Medellin Refusing to honor paid suite

Hi all,

I booked an Executive Suite at this property and upon arriving the property gave me a executive king but not a suite and will not back down on its claims that they cannot do anything since they are sold out and in their system they don't see my suite booking. The room is just a larger king on an executive floor. So far front desk has both told me they are all out of suites and that the room I am in is a suite according to their system. The only offer is to have me pay the full suite rate for one night and then cancel the next 3 nights and I move hotels at my own cost.

How should I approach this situation? I keep getting the run around from the hotel saying their mistake is my problem not theirs. Marriott phone service says that once a guest has checked in there is nothing they can do to help.
