Auto-upgrade - do points need points need to be in account?
I'm looking to upgrade my award booking from J to F using Skywards points... do I need to have the points available in my account or can I transfer them in when the upgrade become available? I'd rather not pre-emptively transfer the points in case the upgrade doesn't clear.
