I joined Business Extra a few weeks ago, was trying to add my flights history today, but all of them gave me the "Ticket Number entered is not valid for Business Extra Credit" error. I pulled the travel information (ticket number, departure date, etc...) straight from my AA.com activity's page. Flights were in June, July, August, 2x November using AA through the AA.com website, mix of economy and business class. Is calling their CS the best way to get this fixed?
There's nothing to fix: "flights taken prior to enrollment in the Business Extra program are not eligible for flight credit" (
