Personally I don't, but I just make a dish or two at a time unless I know I'm having guests (which hasn't been for a long time). I know in Singapore, you sweat it all out in a few hours if you don't have air conditioning (one time I went to an ex-colleague's office... maybe a 20 minute walk from the MRT station... by the time I got there, I had to change out of my shirt as it was drenched (luckily I was prepared for that). Literally I could sweat out a liter of water in a day there.
I find the heat and humidity just suppresses appetite in general so I just generally ingest less. Maybe never spend enough time in some place that warm and humid to get acclimatized. I had a conversation with a Malay Singaporean who moved to somewhere with a climate similar to YYZ except it's generally arid in summer rather than humid (YYZ can be worse than SE Asia it he summer for that). He told me that on his visits to Singapore, he couldn't get used to the heat or humidity either.
