Unless you are 7* you can't use your Diamond Dinner at Mon Abi Gabi and if you pay in points it will cost you 200 reward credits per $1 vs 100 per $1 at Caesars owned restaurants.

We had 4 diamond dinners ( 2 each ) this year and on our most recent trip used one our Diamond dinners at Raos and one at Bugsy and Myers..................both were excellent but the bill was about $150 at each so we also used points.

Check at the players desk, you probably have 2 dinners if you didn't use any in 2020

I had looked at Bally's Sterling Buffet, but they don't accept it there. We're not particularly looking for a buffet. In fact, my guess is that wifey will probably reject most buffets. Just looking for ideas and recommendations. . .
If you mean your specific Diamond status will expire in January and you have a Wyndham account it's very easy to keep you Diamond status at CET ( and Wyndham) as they have staggered expiration dates. This won't save this years DD but you will get another next year as well as other Diamond benefits
