Well some of the multi course meals are tiny portions but I agree...there is a LOT of food sometimes. That kind of meal would maybe be once or twice a year if that. What gets me is the amount of sugar some people eat.
A friend gave me some home made chicken salad that is really good (apples, raisins, almonds etc) and I had some Hawaiian rolls in the freezer so dinner for me was 2 chicken salad sandwiches (those rolls are very small) & it was delicious.
Agreed here as well. What gets me are the desserts. Admittedly, I don’t really have a sweet tooth. Plus, I’m horrible at baking. However, I see posters that are eating these huge desserts with every meal. Personally, I don’t know how they do it.
