Well some of the multi course meals are tiny portions but I agree...there is a LOT of food sometimes. That kind of meal would maybe be once or twice a year if that. What gets me is the amount of sugar some people eat.
A friend gave me some home made chicken salad that is really good (apples, raisins, almonds etc) and I had some Hawaiian rolls in the freezer so dinner for me was 2 chicken salad sandwiches (those rolls are very small) & it was delicious.
