Dang...all these years paying full price at the parking lots...never knew you could book ahead for a discount. :facepalm:
If it's any consolation I think the book-in-advance-for-a-discount is relatively new (though admittedly I didn't usually pay a lot of attention to it either so maybe it's been around longer than I think)
