Agreed. Personal experience with dozens of flights on Emirates, Etihad, and Qatar from North America to India since Nov 2020. No issues with the bubble or transiting.. Even earlier you could get around it by breaking the journey into two by stopping for a day in Dubai, while still on the same PNR, but even that is not needed anymore.
