I've been building out my flight history and would love to get more granular data if it's possible. I did at one point write in via the website, and got a reply from someone who clearly didn't understand the question and told me to phone in for "online customer support" (after I was first told I could get up to 3 years of info online). If they wanted to charge a small fee (like AA supposedly would do - mentioned in the other thread), I'd be willing to pay it, or maybe someone has the right contact at SkyMiles (the former AC FT rep happily obtained all the info he could for me, which was quite a bit, going well back in to the 90s)...
Early on during shelter-in-place I submitted a question via the DL website's contact form about getting past flight history data (being very clear to say that given everything going on it was totally a low-priority request) to see if I could fill in some gaps in my flight log (not as fun as actually flying, but such was life in the spring of 2020). I finally got a reply 8 months later saying that they were limited to 3 years same as the web site.
Per the other posts you cited, I would also be interested to know if more data is in fact available by an old-fashioned written request to SkyMiles, but it remains a low priority kinda thing so will prob have to wait until the next time I'm really bored
