They "operate" some sched helicopter service somewhere near Monaco like once a week if I remember correctly. Their main business is issuing tickets on their own plate for obscure carriers (ie the issuing agency needs a contract only with HR not the individual small airlines) and tickets with otherwise impossible carrier combinations.
