So I stayed 2 nights there. Spoke to 3 people at the reception on 3 different days.

Day 1 (night of check in): The person I spoke to at check in pretended to not know about the breakfast. Then ultimately acknowledged issue with the website but only said they'd look at it in the morning. I asked him to include a note on the reservation.
Day 2 (morning): The person I spoke to acknowledged the note and the error on the website and escorted us to the breakfast area and let us have breakfast. I think his name was Nicolas.
Day 3 (morning of check out): Went to breakfast area and was told my room didn't include breakfast. Went to Reception and this time the 3rd person (Marco?) we spoke to at this property was adamant there was no error with the website, and refused us breakfast. He was quite stuck up and at this point I was too tired of the inconsistency and gave up.

A big part of me booking this hotel was this was our babymoon, and breakfast was desired so we could roll out of bed and not worry about the 1st meal. While the spread was not excellent, it was decent enough to get over with. Suffice to say, this left a sour note that kind of ruined the experience with the hotel. It would've cost them nothing more, but they'd rather fight than to give in to customers. The error was between the hotel and WOH site, but ultimately we did not receive what was promised so that was disappointing.

I'm back home now, and can access the screenshot with the Free Breakfast shown. I will try to call WOH in the coming days.
