In short, negative PCR test is required, taken <48 hours (he said 48 hours, not 2 days), even for vaccinated people. If coming from the EU and not vaccinated, the test must be less than 24 hours old. I don't understand that last point (why only from the EU? Is that because others non-vaxxed aren't allowed in?)
