CX381 PVG-HKG (7pm departure)
After two years of hiatus I finally found a reason to fly CX...outstanding cabin service from start to end, although meal and cabin seat conditions were medicore.

What's on the menu: Smoked rainbow trout with salmon roes
(actually did not see salmon roes)

Mains
Bread roll and butter, and
  • Pan fried beef tenderloin with madeira sauce, creamy spinach, cherry tomato and roasted potato; or
  • Braised chicken with ginger and soy sauce, mixed vegatables and steamed rice; or
  • Thai sauteed prawns with cream sauce, mixed vegetables and turmeric rice

Dessert
Haagen-Dazs ice cream (3 favours: cantaloupe melon and two others)
