Hello!

I am a Miles&Smiles program member holding a Miles&Smiles credit card from a Turkish bank for a couple of months. I am trying to convert the bonus miles I accumulated with my credit card spendings to status miles with a 20% ratio as stated in the conversion rules. I keep getting an error when I submit the request, stating that only miles earned with a Miles&Smiles credit card can be converted to status miles. I can display the number of miles eligible for conversion though. Has anyone else recently attempted to convert their bonus miles to status miles and got a similar error message? Despite contacting them several times, Turkish Airlines seems to be reluctant to take any action to solve my issue, as I have not heard back from them for a long time. I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue and whether the issue is affecting everyone or not.
