Have a SYD-YVR on 789. Currently in 3A was wondering if 7A or K may be better? Worried about a screaming baby in bassinet seat in row 2 but would galley behind be be a bother equally noise wise. I wish row 5 had two windows - that would have been the best seat in the house on a 789. I must say I really like 1A for its spacious feel but again potential horror flight with baby in row 2, plus galley noise make it too risky. Thanks for any advice
Both 3A and 7A/K would be my picks - there's a slight chance you might get a screaming baby in the front row, but in row 7 you're one row closer to a large galley (QF 789's have galleys at D1 and D2) - so it's a gamble either way.
If I
had to pick I'd probably go with row 7 - only because I feel like it's a little more private back towards the rear of the cabin. As for A / K....A if you're right handed, K if you're left handed
