After deleting an app, try wiping out your phone browser history, then shutting down the phone entirely, do a hard reboot and then reinstall app. That works to fix things with some apps.

This, however, won’t fix the booking trouble when trying for an award stay where the desired dates cross over a mix of off-peak/peak/standard award night prices.
