Grilled some dry aged ribeyes picked up from Harris' Steakhouse. This is the steakhouse, along with the House of Prime Rib, that most locals here frequent; however, in my view, it's still not in the same class as the finest dry aged ribeyes from Chicago.
I still haven’t been to Harris’ - always too many choices for steakhouses in Sf. Twisted abundance of choice even as vegan / vegetarian choices increased big time.
