In most cases, you need to get away from the mentality of nationality - as you see from US entry policy now compared to a few weeks ago, the landscape is changing and vaccination status is the key rather than what country you come from.
I like the move away from entry based on nationality to vaccination status. Although it doesn't necessarily make it easy for some vaccinated travelers as some EU countries require an EU vaccination certificate for entry.
I am fully vaccinated and have only been booking flights at most 2.5 weeks before departure.
