One thing that can be difficult in this virtual world is dealing with difficult or sharp posts. I think a bit of spice and open criticism is needed to keep us on our toes. That should be part of life here, otherwise it can become a totally bland and uninteresting place. The thing is in finding a way to deal with it and reply to it, if at all. My way is to back off during an overnight and approach it again the next day when you have a bit of time. Doing that, I have often deleted an impetuously written post or just simply ended up ignoring the issue, because most of the time it turns out to be a non issue anyway. And, let's face it, many of these things are pretty much about our own egos! There's something to be said for the analogy about water off a duck's back.
