You can, but it can be a little tricky. Here's what I mean. When you walk out of the B Gates, if I recall, you're going to run into a sign that says something like "To D Gates" veer to the left. If you do that, it'll lead you out of security. What you want to do is keeping walking straight into the C Gates, then take a left up the escalator, and then onto the D Gate train.
