Description: Breakfast protein plate? Forgot to get full description. The orange bit in the small ramekin is some type of thick yogurt with mixed nuts/seeds(best guess).

Nice variety, fresh and tasty. Perfect for a route like this. The “orange stuff” (TBD what it is) was very good, as was the Baileys alternative.
