Either you have exceeded you $5000 monthly allotment or your $2500 daily maximum. I saw nothing in 18.b that would have lowered the previously noted limits.
If the rules have changed, Bluebird has not yet modified their on-line written version.
I know about the $5k limit for the month... just asked for own DP if any folks with the amex BB was able to add over $2k for this month so far?
I've managed more than 1 BB card for P2, loading to other cards too got the same 'exceeded loading limit' cancellation
