One possible interpretation is that the priority will be to segregate China-bound from all others.
The recent lounge separation between transit and non-transit pax is probably less of a priority.
a stupid thinking right? So it is ok for those China bound paxes to be in HKG and mixed and eat and do anything and then once in the airport, the China bound paxes need to be separated from other destination bound paxes who also originated from HKG?
if the China bound pax are separated from transit pax, then it look logic.
maybe HKG should designated some part of the airport as domestic terminal instead.
