No. Because this is something we have seen everyday.

Each airline has its own characteristics. Based on these characteristics, consumers make choices on their travel. WN may seem like a traveler-friendly airline. But as a fact, in some aspects, WN can be the worst as they come.

When you have a problem with WN, the best person to talk is Gary Kelly. Sharing your disappointment will not achieve any constructive result.
