This is now about the umpteenth time in a row I've been sitting in an exit row or bulkhead aisle and I get JAMMED and CRAMMED into my seat, leaning out into the aisle in a painful spine twist, because the person wedging themselves into the middle seat is either girthy and spilling both over and under the armrests, OR, FAR more likely in my experience, it's a burly dude whose shoulders are easily a foot wider than the seat.

WN has one of the best COS policies that is NEVER enforced at the gate or on the plane except when I delay flights and complain. Great solution, huh?

I paid extra points for this flight for BS, got A1, and hoped that this scenario wouldn't repeat itself. Well, here I am crammed by a burly d-bag giving me and impromptu chiropractic exam. There's a freaking open aisle farther back in the plane, dude (which is where I am now).

I'm done. Before you say "tHiS happens on Every US aIrlInE LoL," this has only happened to me, dozens of times, on WN.

Don't tell me to let the door hit me on the way out either. I'm gonna always pay extra for Premium or F on AA or AS or get upgraded to avoid rubbing elbows, literally, with pax who don't fit in a seat.

ALL I want is for WN to provide the product and enforce the policy they promise. And yes, I've delayed flights before, sometimes half an hour, for this issue. I did that like 3 weeks ago going DAL-CMH and got a voucher, but all that's going to do is wedge me against another person for another miserable flight (exhibit A, right now).
