As I said a few notes above, the Palm Tungsten C does have WiFi. See http://www.palmone.com/us/products/h...ds/tungsten-c/

It can access the web and hotmail, gmail, etc. from any wi-fi hotspot. So if that is all you need, go for it. You should be able to find some VoIP software to make it into a phone too.
