The IASS lounge is in the garden level and is a little closer to the UA gates though if I remember right it doesn't have much to offer.
The IASS is pretty terrible, but it's been closed since 2020. I don't mind the walk from the Plumeria if I have to - fairly quick if you get lucky and grab the wikiwiki, but usually it's faster to walk.
