HA Lounge Access Question

I have an itinerary, KOA-HNL-ORD-EU, where the KOA-HNL segment is in HA Y, the HNL-ORD is in UA F, and the ORD-EU is in *A C

For some reason, the Loungebuddy app seems to allude that I can access the HA Premier Club at KOA (not that it's worth it other than to get A/C), but also seems to allude I have access to the HA lounges in HNL - both just with my BP. Is this a mistake? (Of course, the KOA lounge is keypad only.. so that'd be interesting)

From what I read online, I can't see how this would be the case. I have access with Priority Pass to the other HA lounge in HNL, but mostly curious.

Is it really the case that an Int'l C flight, with a commencing segment in HA Y have HA lounge access at KOA and HNL?

Note: KOA-HNL at noon, HNL-ORD redeye, ORD-EU the following day.
