I think the OP is worried about the cost of hospitalisation due to possible side effects as he has no health insurance. But the chance of the OP contracting Covid is much higher than any side effects he might get from the vaccine.

Returning to the topic of quarantine I know two people who experienced hotel quarantine in two different countries.

One is married to someone based in another country and used to travel between the two countries a few times a year. Covid separated them but when it became possible for him to travel to be with his wife he went through a lot of paperwork, tests, etc. and spent two weeks in hotel quarantine. He was able to choose a hotel from a list provided but for the first few days could not even leave his room. Meals were room service throughout his stay and after several days he could leave his room for exercise for a limited period under supervision. Hotel facilities such as dining rooms, bars, swimming pools were closed.

Another travelled to a high-risk country for business and on her return had to spend 12 days quarantined in a hotel. It was not possible to choose a hotel, meals were room service and did not sound appetising. She could only leave her room once a day for supervised exercise in a confined area though she could order things like better coffee from Amazon and have takeaway meals delivered.

At the time of their travel/quarantine their vaccination status did not make any difference.
