The Potsdamer Platz location is relatively convenient, including walking distance to Tiergarten. But totally lacking in character or charm.
Whoops, you're right, I meant "city" not "airport". I fixed it above.
I agree that P Platz isn't super charming in the surrounding 1-2 blocks, but you don't have to walk very far to get to more charming neighborhoods and the tiergarten.
