maybe contact them to ask if your connecticut provider is supported, or ask your medical provider(if using mychart epic) whether they can add your vaccination

Thanks for the pointer, I will look into this. We got our original vaccine shots from two different local public health providers, one of which was setup as a mass vaccination site staffed by national guard at local shopping mall so I don't think that any one provider has record of both shots. But the CDC VAMS systems does, and the State of Connecticut vaccine registry does. So I would hope that one of those is linked to SMART Health eventually. But I do need to have a backup plan and $25 may be worth it.
