i used them for an upcoming trip and I got my validated QR code/smart health ID in just a few days - worked very well as I live where I couldn’t get the code directly from my state

maybe contact them to ask if your connecticut provider is supported, or ask your medical provider(if using mychart epic) whether they can add your vaccination
