I'm bumping this thread because I took your advice. The rep helped me book the exact fare class that I'm looking for. However, the receipt doesn't show the fare class. I'm left with no choice, but to take her word for it that she specifically booked the fare class that I wanted. She repeated her assurance to me like 2-3 times. Seems like a big risk just to take someone's word and have nothing in writing. I really hate how WestJet does things! Is there another way to verify that I got the fare class that I wanted?
