Definitely a matter of opinion. But, every time I fly AA the product definitely seems far more Spirit-like than UA. Which airline just spent money ripping out perfectly good entertainment screens in Y and where can you still not get glass of wine on a 6hr domestic flight in Y (or a hot meal in F)? FWIW, I still get far more value out of UA MP than I do DL SkyPesos. YMMV. AAdvantage has been ripe for a massive devaluation for quite a while, they've just been slow to implement it.
