Nothing upside down here. In order to press charges i will need to be present for the case. That’s not possible, it’s also a corporate owned IPad so I spent many hours trying my best to ensure I documented and did all I could to resolve this. The local hotel blew off my claim that it was stolen and now the housekeeper has admitted it. I also spent my own points to secure this room. Compensating me in points makes sense
