Look, not going to defend this, this is an issue, but minor in the scheme of things. Dealing with the lack of snack boxes is relatively do-able, one could be trying to fly WN, wondering if it is one of the flights that will actually be operating, and if not, wondering when they can get you where you are trying to go in the next several days. Operationally, availability of food notwithstanding, UA has been on the better side of the US carriers, mostly throughout the pandemic.

I miss Frontera and the staff there. It's been a long time since I've passed through, and last time (July 2020) it was still closed.
