Titanium status entitles you to lounge access at any Marriott, Renaissance, or Sheraton that has a lounge including the JW Marriott Essex House. Lounges at Ritz Carlton properties are an entirely different animal (more substantial offerings and more service times daily) and Marriott elite status doesn't entitle you to access. You would have to buy lounge access at the RC. For both of these properties, I would check with them to see if they plan to have the lounge open during the time of your stay. One of the ongoing impacts from the Covid-19 pandemic is many properties aren't opening their lounges.
