There is no airline called T Chain. There is an airline called Tway.

They are a low cost carrier, so they won't transfer bags to AA. So, you can't travel with bags because you would have to go out to baggage claim get them and then check in again at the ticket counter for AA. Can't do that with corona restrictions.

If you have no bags, then you can transfer just fine because of course AA would have a presence at the transfer desk (or you just visit the gate for your boarding pass or any issues).
