Now Shieldpay is pushing the blame back to PGMBM. Latest email received, after I asked to investigate why my payment was still pending and there was no reply since:
“We are working closely with your law firm to disburse the Compensation Awards quickly and securely. Your law firm has been providing us with the claimants details on a phased basis.
In case you have any queries or concerns in regards to your claim amount, timing of payment, etc please contact your lawfirm directly to resolve such concerns via [PGMBM email address].”
The ridiculousness continues.
